I have back pain frequently so I own this and a Rollga as well. I like the RumbleRoller for my lower back and for my leg muscles and feet. It is VERY firm, so some people might find it a bit uncomfortable. You can alleviate this by placing a blanket between the roller and your body or by using it on a thick carpet or mat.I prefer the Rollga for most of my spine and my shins, but the RumbleRoller I bought has the bumpy texture that works wonders on large muscles like quads and calves. And the price is so reasonable!
