Regarding sizing, I wear a size 36 pants and seem to vary between a 34-38 depending on the clothing company. I’d say I'm a solid 36, and actually measuring my bare waist it comes in at 35 inches. The large GGG UGF belt fit perfectly. I could pull the cobra buckle snug almost all the way down. So i think a medium may have been just slightly small on me.

I’m a 36” ordered a large and fits great. Rock solid equipment. It’s a little pokey in the front for us with tummy stickoutitus

I was not a big fan of this belt. First of all it crinkles extremely loud whenever you move, the Molly webbing is loose in some places and tight in the others, and most of all the end of the belt will not slip through a safariland UBL midride.Also the cobra buckle is high-quality but they use gold tabs that are reflective in the sunlight not a good move on tactical gearAmazon deleted my last review so here's another

Works wonders, except most molle holster mounts are 3 slot molle and most slide mounts for pistol are too narrow. Some dremeling/knifing to slightly widen a belt slide holster may be required.Runs very true to size - my 32” waist is only just enough to hold this up, but it could expand to fit a 40” waist no difficulty. Maybe order a size down

I’ve owned about 10 tactical belts. Grey ghost makes the best belt by far. This is the last belt I’ll buy. It’s very comfortable and can hold a lot of gear. Highly recommended!!

Very well constructed. Not sure how I ordered a Large, definitely need a Medium. Anybody wanna trade? Color not important to me.

I will change my rating if it gets corrected. Luckily the M fits, just wish it were green instead coyote. Otherwise, great belt.

This product is high quality. Stiff and durable. Good OD green. I recomend!
