Bought it for someone else and I am not a expert in knowing if what I got was the real deal but there is something that is off about it. The packaging is as shown in the image but the the product code and manufacturing/expiry date was printed on a sticker instead of being printed on the packet itself. I am not saying this is not a genuine product but the sticker just raised my concern

Some people are complaining that the sticks are too thick but that is how it should be. The thicker the thing more effective it is. Although if seller provides cut pieces, it will be good initially but they will also dry up faster which is not desired. We can use screwdriver-hammer combo to cut them.Cons is that it is expensive.

Not fine quality. It is black not natural yellow inside the root. Because of that you can't eat directly...
