I adore this scent. I’ve used it since at LEAST 2018. It has inspired me a lot on my journey to make a sleep routine stick. I have come to find in my own world, that unless I treat getting ready for sleep as if I am getting up to go out to work or outside, I find it harder to make it stick. I heard about this blend and LOVE IT!! SO just as if I put a little perfume when I go out to the store or out with friends, this is my “sleep perfume.” I also pair it with the Do Terra restful blend. So I apply about 80% Do Terra restful blend to a 20% Chill Pill. Like if I apply the Do Terra restful blend all over, I accent it with Chill Pill on my wrists, neck and under my nose. I put restful blend on those areas also hut Chill Pill on top. You can also take it all further and make a spray out of these or add to an unscented lotion or oil, etc. Make it your own!! I get so many compliments on this and everyone always asks what it is. It smells clean, calming and creats the perfect safe space.

I love this Aura Cacia essential oil! I use it in a diffuser bowl with water and it makes my living room smell lovely and fresh. It's especially good for dry weather when there is no moisture in the air, but I use it often.

For some reason, I just don’t get the same enjoyment out of this mixed with water as I do the Chill Pill spray by this brand. The spray has been my favorite scent for years, and this is still good, but not quite the same somehow.

This was a perfect blend to add to some bath salts we gifted teachers; I can't wait to add it to my own bath and keep it in our home diffuser this summer to manage attitudes. The blend is just the right thing for common use in relaxing and parenting, so I didn't have to buy multiple oils; it already had them all together.

I use this oil daily in many places, whether in a carpet refresher spray/room spray, in a roller mixed with coconut oil, or in my diffuser. Sometimes I like to just put it everywhere like perfume. It definitely is my go too, I’ve been using it for years.
