Since i move on to another country i have been struggling with sleep well , you know anthenas, food and blabla bla but I know that i should sleep. We need to sleep more than 8hrs.. Well this product works. I am not happy with Mangesium stereate, and maybe if i find another brand with the same ingredients without magnesium stereate i will change this product, but also I know who is Ana Maria la justicia. I don't like that it takes many days to deliver and I don't like it's expensive for 60tabs but well.. all that you are looking in this product you are going to get it. It will help you to sleep in 1hr aprox, but also help yourself turning off your phone and all those things.. My husband loves it too.

i prefer these over prescribed or any melatonin pills/gummies ive tried. they help me fall asleep faster and i have no issues with waking up even on the nights where im not able to get 6-8hrs of sleep due to work! you wake up feeling well rested. im onto my second purchase now

I try to avoid sleep aids but occasionally have to resort to them due to my work schedule over many times zones. This is the best "natural" product I've tried.
