Confused Dog?
I buy this regularly (BTW? It lasts ages) as my dog is elderly (17rs old) and was getting 'confused look' more and more. Started putting a few drops of this in her daily fresh water bowl and, although it hasn't cured it, I have noticed that it has made a BIG difference to her daily attitude and focus. Tried different brands of the same stuff but apart from the prices (which is MASSIVE), they are pretty much 'same-o-same-o' as in they all have the same affect in the end. I can notice a huge difference when she's not had it.Would recommend if your dog has the 'shakes' and getting that 'staring-off-at-nothing-blank & confused look'

More effective than more expensive products
My dog (border collie/lurcher cross) is a rescue dog and she is very nervous. She is particularly neurotic about sudden noises. Obviously Guy Fawkes is a particular nightmare and I dread it every year. I have tried various products over the years but without much success. I have read lots of advice on the subject and last year as recommended I made a den for her under a table in my husband's den. I put a throw over the table and a dog bed under it and encouraged her to use it throughout the year so that she was comfortable using it and felt safe there. I also bought her a Thundershirt and got her used to wearing this throughout the year. These methods helped a bit but not hugely. This year I also bought Calming Aid. It is very easy to use. It comes with a dropper and you simply add some drops of the liquid to the dog's food. It had a strong smell which I thought might put my dog off. She certainly had a good sniff at it but she still ate the food. I started using this about 3 weeks before Guy Fawkes and although it didn't cure the problem completely it did help. She was still anxious but not as agitated as she had been in previous years. There is plenty liquid left in the bottle and it has a use by date of 2022 so it is not going to go off. I don't want to keep giving her medication all the time so I will save this for known difficult times such as New Year, car journeys etc, etc. I would also add that this was very reasonably priced, particularly when compared to other products. I have previously tried Adaptil, Anxitane, Yucalm and Serene-UM. All of these were much more expensive than Calming Aid but were less effective. If you have a nervous dog I strongly recommend you try this product before spending a lot of money on something else.

Husky
Took on a husky who has been extremely disruptive and destroy what he can when I leave the house. Have been giving him these drops for two weeks now and there is a big difference. More calm and less disruptive.

Too pungent a smell for my dog
My poodle is a very fussy eater and can detect a pill hidden in any treat. The smell of the drops are too strong for my dog and he refused to eat his food when drops administered, so unfortunately had to stop using, and restart the process to find another suitable product.

After taking 'Calm' my dog is able to travel in the car without getting stressed
Before using this product car journeys with my Staffy were a nightmare but after taking Calm she relaxes and sits quietly on our journeys. I used dosage advised for a small dog with little effect the first time but now I use dosage advised for a medium dog and this works well to keep her relaxed.

My Cat Loves It
I bought this for my cat who is naturally very nervous and timid. This product helps calm her without causing drowsiness. Sometimes I put several drops on a toy and she goes mad for it. She likes it better than catnip
