(10) Mixed Colors Angel Trumpet Brugmansia Well Rooted Fragrant Flowering Plants

Received my Angel Trumpet a week before ETA (indicated were 2 weeks but arrived within 1). It was a juicy green stem with 4 tiny leaves, roots had just enough soil covered with plastic. I put in good potting soil the very same day, watering daily, kept inside near a window for a day then took outside to a mostly shady place to acustom to bright light. Within 8 days the tiny leaves grew to about hand size, and there were another 3 new leaves, tiny but im positive to see more and more every week. I will soon plant in larger pot and keep on deck near pool and then transplant to final spot in the yard next year.I dont have a "green thumb", by no means but i had an Angel Trumpet at the place i lived before and regretted not taking a cutting with me when i left. I remember how easy to take care these are, once established, they just grow and look pretty, just a little water every now and then, and if you forget to water like me, they remind you by looking a bit sad, simply give em some water and they go back to their beauty overnight, again, once established that is.Overall, great purchase, and i will buy from this seller again!

Started out okay. It tried but gave out quick

WOW! From 12 inch sticks with a few leaves to about 7+ feet tall WITH flowers in the 1st year, I’m beyond impressed. At first the blossoms appear yellow...but they are peach just as advertised. Each plant has at least 8 blossoms. I wouldn’t say that I’m some super green thumb. I followed the directions and made sure the soil did not ever dry out. I re-potted after a few weeks in a big enough pot so that I wouldn’t disturb the roots until ready to go outside. I use Miracle grow moisture control potting soil and fertilizer-which I apply about once a month. My only concern-where am I going to find a pot big enough for these beauties?! I can’t wait to see what they do next year. Outside they get morning sun then shade in the afternoon. They are in a brick wall enclosed court yard where it is hot however. When temps get in the 90’s, I water them twice daily. They are on wheeled containers so that in the wind or rain they move easily to shelter. In the wind and rain the plant bows quite heavily at the top. I do not plan on losing these as a result. They are absolutely stunning. It makes the court yard look like a Caribbean oasis.

I'll admit when my "stick" first arrived I was underwhelmed. The first picture is my plant one month apart, the second is at 3 months. No flowers yet, but much growth! I will try to update once again if and when it flowers.

I'm very pleased with my plant and the way it was packaged. It looked like a stick in dirt, but it was green and healthy. Like other buyers, within a week or two, leaves have started to grow. I've only had mine a few weeks, but I'm excited to see how it does! Thank you to the seller for such great care in packaging!

The starter plant is struggling to survive. I am following the instructions and doing all the is required and it isn’t growing. I hope it survives the August temperatures of the south.

Even the plant arrived in great shape, I was disappointed to see only one plant. I guess you should read the item very carefully. It said 10 mixed colors, well rooted. I was expect 10 cuts not just one plant. Now that I have it I will plant it and see what it looks like. I would not purchase another one, I wanted a grow a few different colors. It’s look good.

Two baby Angel Trumpet plants arrived yesterday in a long, triangle-shaped USPS cardboard box.The plants arrived in great condition, potted in small black plastic pot whose soil was kept dampduring transport by water-soaked cardboard wrapped around the pots and over the soil. The prepared pots were then wrapped in black plastic to further retain the moisture and to protect the plants. NOTE: It was important that I was able to unpack the box immediately and set the plants out in dappled sunlight and fresh air. These plants are healthy-looking "slips" or starters, 3-4 inches tall. I'll be potting them up this morning.
