Elie Tahari Women's Lisa Down Coat with Pillow Collar

I saw this coat originally in bloomingdale and I tried it there, and it fit me very well. I happened to see it on amazon, so I ordered it.It supposed to be ok until after 1 month, all buttons fall off! And the feather show out through the needle hole! Please see the pictures, I actually sewed it back, it's one of 5 buttons falling off. Kind of poor quality. Will not order this brand.

but it's snug, especially through the bust area. Am trying to exchange it but am having difficulty with that process. Hence, the 4 stars.

I love this lightweight down coat. I love the stylishness, color, fit and warmth of it. The fit is slim, which is nice compared to a lot of other puffers that are bulky and shapeless.
