I bought these for a racing simulator stand for my Logitech G29. The stand came with 4 pads that screwed in place. While they did a pretty darn good job of keeping the wheel stand in place, moving the stand itself was a real pain. The combined weight of the G29 and stand itself (plus accessories) was easily almost 50lbs, and I've injured my back/neck more than once trying to move it back and forth from my closet.With these casters I can just easily move my wheel stand into place and lock it in place. The locks work but the wheel stand still moves around quite easily even when the locking mechanism is in place. Don't know how it'd work on a concrete surface but on laminate flooring like my gaming/guest room they'll move rather easily. Also no wrench was included to adjust the nut.I'd probably would get bigger diameter casters for my specific case, but as far as the casters themselves they work as advertised. I'd give it 5 stars if they included a thin die cast wrench. But for the price I'm satisfied. Would easily recommend in my my admittedly niche purpose.

These are sturdy enough but are VERY small with wheels only 1.5in in diameter. That's shown in the specs for the wheels although as written with metric and imperial dimensions somewhat scrambled, it can be confusing. The big problem with these things is that they need metric nuts in 8x1.25 size and they are not furnished with the wheels. I was looking for standard 5/16 NC threaded shafts and had done an Amazon search for that dimension...but when these casters arrived today, I had to spend an hour driving to Lowe's for the nuts. Unless you happen to have a stash of metric fasteners in your shop, you're going to either order metric nuts from Amazon or make a trip to the hardware store before you can attache these to your project. And if your project already has threaded inserts or T-nuts, these will not be compatible with them.

These work well for the Shop Fox tool stand/table. Thread is M8. The locking levers are a bit close to the ground so you have to catch it with the sole of your shoe - some work boots might be a problem with this. The lock lever only keeps the wheel from rolling, it does not lock the swivel so if you really shove the table it can move. The nut is partially recessed into the top ring, so that even with a thin-profile open end wrench you cannot tighten it all the way into a threaded socket. The casters come with a set of nuts for installation where there is no threaded socket, but the only way to tighten the top nut would be to use vise grips on the protruding part of the shaft if you can get to it.

I have a  Drive Medical Non Tilt Top Overbed Table  that I use as a PC desk. One of the original caster wheels broke and fell apart. It's a grip ring size I can't find anywhere else and doesn't seem to be standard. It has a stem diameter of 8mm or 5/16" and a length of 25mm or 1". Can't find these on any site but these matched what I needed. Just wrapped the threaded stem with a couple layers of masking tape and viola! I fits snuggly into the socket. The wheel are even smoother on carpet than the default furniture wheels. I'm happy.

The M8 screws fit perfectly in the bottom of the 35 lb. rig. The casters roll smoothly even on carpet, which was a concern I had when ordering. Thankfully the taller rollerblade wheels were not necessary. Most importantly, the locks on these casters are sufficient to keep it from moving once you have got it where you want it. With the wheels locked, the rotation axis of the casters themselves is easily held in place by the carpet.Very satisfied! 😌

Very high quality product at a very reasonable price! The length of the stem wasn't provided in the description so, it wound up being just a little too short for my intended use. Since the product itself is well made and of good quality, I'm only taking off 1 star for a description lacking a rather important detail.

Described as advertised, these are rolling good even on my rug(very low pile loop rug) I used these stem casters to replace feet that were on an storage ottoman. Now when I need to move the ottoman with pounds of items in it I don't have to lift it, just roll it aside. For those of you who don't know what size bolt you have to replace screw in furniture feet with this stem caster you should make life easier buy purchasing a bolt/nut measure.

This a great set of casters. All 4 have the brake feature. The shank has 8mm thread, I got some wing nuts and installed on my table saw. Now its easily moved around in a small shop and is very steady when all brakes are locked. The wheels are very smooth and quiet. The small size means small profile, doesn't stick out and interfere with my feet and didn't raise the table saw by much. Overall very satisfied for the price. Could not find anything for a lower price with 4 brakes.
