Great product and customer service
I was on the fence about which lock box to get.. I ended up with this one because I like the idea of the order of the combination mattering - a lot of the other product options out there will allow for the lock box to be opened if the correct numbers in any order are used. This product is more secure as a result. I don't often write product reviews, but this product deserved a 'shout out' for the fantastic customer service as well. I accidentally reset the combination while I was still in the process adjusting the numbers on the faceplate, which means I had no idea what the correct combination was. You can't reset the combination unless the faceplate is removed from the actual lock box itself, so only the faceplate was rendered useless to me but the box and waterproof casing were, of course, unaffected. I contacted customer support about the problem and they explained that there's no master combination to unlock it (another nod to the security of this product), but not to worry because they would send me a new faceplate for free. A few days later, I received the new faceplate and reset the combination more carefully this time around. It works perfectly and I'm very pleased with my decision to go with this product.

Highly recommend this key box!
We relied upon our garage door to access our house and don't have house keys on our key chains. Well.. one night our garage door light blew when opening the garage door and tripped the breaker, so the doors could not open. We had no way to get into the house. So our choices were to put two more keys on all our key chains or find another backup way to get into the house. I did a quick search and focused on items that had very high ratings and found this item. This lock box is extremely rugged very well built. It has 4 long screws to anchor it to a secure place and has a rubber cover to keep the weather out. It's small so it's not too obvious. Of course I recommend finding a place that you can securely anchor the box and out of sight. Changing the code was a snap and now we have a key stored securely outside our house. Highly recommend buying this item.

Easy set up but not reliable.
Very bad experience with this. Elderly womenlLocked outside in freezing temperatures.Mechanism would not move and code could not be put in to release. No instructions about Maintenance such as lubricants. If youUse this check it for function periodically and have another key hidden.

Worked for 5 months
Worked for about 5 months. Kids got home today and couldn’t get the key out of the lockbox. No point in having it if you can’t open it when needed. We don’t use that frequently. Once every other week if that often. The button to release has gotten loose and won’t fully pull down the locking mechanism to allow us to open the box. Very disappointed as this was a great heavy duty box that I thought would last us years.

Lots of use causes wiggles
Worked great for 3 months, but after regular use of 3-5 times per week, the latch got wiggly and very hard to open. Luckily, I bought 2 and had a spare to replace. Once it's mounted, changing is more of a hassle than replacing.

Good lock box
This box is solid and works well. The "sideways" tumblers seemed odd at first but somehow seem to make dialing the combo easier. However, this product implies in the photo that there is a hook inside for hanging a small key ring. No hook in this box. Closing the box is slightly awkward because I have to arrange the keys and key ring so that they do not fall over as I try to close the box. I have a lock box from another manufacturer that has a small hook on the back of the door, which would be even better - no losing a key that is hooked to something that substantial.

Heavy duty / Recommended
Due to various issues, I determined I needed a way to be able to let people into my house when I was not home. I live in Florida with lots of rain / humidity so I needed to take that into consideration. After reviewing various options, I chose to purchase the Lockforce Key Lock Box. My BIL installed it fairly easily / securely into my stucco covered cement block wall. It looks reasonably nice and unexceptional in a back corner in the alcove at the front door. It will take more than a good sledgehammer to break open even if pried off the wall. The rubber cover for the key box is thick / weather protective. The key code is easy to change. Now if a family member / friend / etc. shows up unexpectedly / early, I can text them the code, they can open the box, use the key to open the front door. Then they can make themselves at home in my air conditioning instead of waiting in the heat for me to arrive back from work or errands.

Met All Expectations
Does what is advertised. Seems sturdy. Nice cover to ward against corrosion that might make the mechanism harder to turn. I also added a drop of oil for good luck. I easily fit two keys in it- not sure how many it would take. Dark cover makes it easy to "hide in plain sight" It almost looks like a little door buzzer or something, so it doesn't look out of place on a doorframe for example. The mechanism requires all four numbers in the proper sequence; this is not one which (unlike others) opens just if you have the four numbers in random order (like some other product users claim in their reviews). Setting the number is easy. There is some slim chance that someone inadvertently moves the set switch on the back (but it takes some force) and then accidentally moves the code to a new one unnoticed, but I would estimate this to be an extremely rare event. The reset switch on back is sturdy.
