Really useful
I bought this after I heard from others. I should say this product is good for those with allergies and this helps to reduce cough and build some immunity with the respiratory problems. Little spicy but I add honey so it helps. Whenever I get cough or I feel my throat is itchy I just take this and after 10 or 15 minutes this will start to show results.
