The perfect soya sauce, it also has the perfect colour. Doens't make the rice too sark while making fried rice, also adds the right amount of flavour to stir fried and soups

tastes lovely, but gave me a small headache
I liked the taste of this. But I noticed I got a slight headache after my recent two broccoli and mushroom dishes. When I isolated out the sources, one by one, when removed this sauce, I had no headache after eating the dish. This happened specifically with broccolli and garlic. I was disappointed since I really liked the taste of this sauce.

Light is NOT Low-Sodium. Beware!!
While the taste and quality is good, do not get fooled by 'light' word. It relates to light colour of soy sauce compared to regular ones. It has nothing to do with sodium content. Sodium content is still high at 1.1 g per 15 ml (tablespoon serving).
