Very sturdy!
This anchor works great for it's purpose. I have my TRX ropes hooked up to it on my wall and after a week of use, they're still hanging on tightly. The screws it comes with are very long so I feel like it will stay up over time. You WILL need a socket wrench to install though (I believe 11/16" size).
