I’ve only had it for one day, so I can’t speak about longevity, but this thing works. Turned it on in the background and forgot about. Before going to bed I thought to myself, hmmm, I haven’t seen anything flying around tonight. Went and checked the light out, straight killing it, literally!

This light just did not work at all for me. I purchased on Dec 10, 2018, so I've had plenty of time to use it and it has done nothing. No insects killed, nothing. I've used it every night, in the kitchen, where the insects are. I was really hoping it would work with these positive reviews but now I'm starting to think these reviewers were compensated in some way. Yesterday morning when I came upstairs there were actually insects sitting on the light. I feel like they were laughing at me before I swatted at them and they scattered. Now I'm trying the old apple cider vinegar trick. It's taken out way more than the light. Oh, and I got one of those tennis racket bug zappers. The insects are small but they can only get past the zapper so many times and then...POP POPPOP POP. If you bought this and it genuinely worked for you then I am happy for you. But I had to share my honest experience.

I really like the way this seller pack their product. No excessive plastic involved in the package. The bulb is white light. It is in the winter now, so no mosquitoes at the moment. Make sure you don't touch the metal wire mesh when the bulb is on.

Great idea! We had so many mosquitos in our back yard and that's solve the problem!

Works very well as a zapper, I leave it on full time with just the blue glow instead of full light. Only reason for 4 stars is that it is starting to show signs of rust already and is placed not directly exposed to the rain.

Mosquitoes constantly fly into my house, but keeping this light on helps me sleep at night when a mosquito is around. I've seen it already work multiple times, and for the price I bought this at, it's worth every penny. Please, do yourself a favor and use this light bulb, because trust me, it does the job.

Doesn’t work at all. It turns on etc, but it doesn’t kill any bugs, they’re all just keeping on casually flying around.

Wasn't quite sure if it was working properly, but as I looked closer it was covered with gnats and three mosquitoes. Great product... I live in an older apartment and last summer I had several fruit flies/ gnats flying everywhere. This summer is about to end and I've seen very few. GREAT PRODUCT.. THANK YOU PERUSER!!!!!
