Truth Casement Window Hinge (Pair)

I chose to only replace the bottom hinge because surprisingly the top hinge looked almost like new. If you look at the window sill, you will see the old bottom hinge on how corroded it is as it has seen better days after 30 years. Removal of the old hinge was a pain in the ass. What I had to do is remove the entire window from the top and bottom hinges. I then removed the rusty screws from the rusty hinge Keeping in mind not to damage the screw heads or I would never remove the hinge. I then added the new hinge in place and put back the window. I am a good handy man/computer network engineer and I give this difficulty job only four stars for easy install. To avoid weathering, I would replace these hinges regularly on all easy to get to windows (very hard to work on a ladder alone).

We had this hinge break on one of our windows. Couldn't find a replacement anywhere in town so looked on Amazon. Ordered these and they worked perfect!

They were a bit pricey and there were issues with shipping (possibly from local USPS issue). However, they were responsive to my concern and helped fix issues

The hinges were exact replacements, so it was very easy to swap out the broken hinge. it was nice that it came with screws.

This product is just as described and fit our window perfectly. No complaints. I would purchase again.
