Noise very much reduced - easy to Install and cheap. Not the whole solution but a good start at noise reduction. I was very impressed with the level of noise reduction. The noise still carries though it’s much less. Before getting these in the past I had tried noise reduction by slowing the printer. This does work to a point although it makes your print much longer to produce. With these Im hearing the accelerations in the room below. Ive now tried reducing the travel and infill accelerations to the same as the print speed. Normally 5000 and 500 in Cura, Ive reduced both to 60 which is my default print speed. This seems to be working and only marginally adds to the print time even on a long print. You can of course also try the tennis ball feet designs. This will be my next step.

After reading a couple of reviews, I was a bit sceptical about getting these and Im afraid I was right to be. Most of them were bent and could not be used so I contacted the seller who sent me another batch, some of those were also bent but had enough for the job.

I got these to quiten down my CR10s, as per the previous reviews you have to file down the little locators that stand out, took 30 seconds with a Dremel...I added the dampers to just the back/forward axis and left to right as these are the main movements, the difference is amazing..so much so that the fans are my next thing to tackle.

I was a little skeptical about these making much of a difference, but its unbelievable much much it reduces the noise from my printer. Really easy to install, if you have problems there are loads of videos on youtube. If like myself your wondering if they are worth it, the answer is most definitely yes!!

While its hard to tell in the pictures all the dampners came bent not only on one axis but torsionally as well. They all look and feel disgusting as if somebody has let old oil dry and crust the surface. They don't fit onto the motors flush due to the bending. Terrible quality control on this product and will be requesting a refund. Buy from another supplier.

Damper arrived and while they work it is worth noting that these models do not look like they do in the images, they have locating nubs from previous applications on them which much be ground off if you want a flush fit.

These things made the terrible whining sound just disappear wish i did it sooner

Bought for my CR10S. Has a couple of dimples on each, which need to be filed off before fitting. Otherwise a good prduct.
