I bought this to use as carry on luggage and have not been disappointed. It's a good size, but not too unwieldy. There are numerous pockets and several handy compartments - just the thing for a weekend away. Even carrying it for several hours at a time, was not a problem. I've not had a chance to test it in the rain, but am not intending to get it fully wet in any case. They do state that it is not fully waterproof, so beware! The rucksack does appear to be well made (so far) and I'm really pleased I bought it.

I think this might be the best rucksack I’ve ever had. I paid £10 and I can’t quite believe how well made it is and how much it fits. I travel a lot every month (less so at the moment obvs) and it holds five days worth of clothes, large laptop and a pair of trainers. Lots of extra pockets for bits too. Love this.

I bought this rucksack to use as carry on luggage on a holiday to Thailand. It did exactly what I needed it to do, holding my tablet, SLR camera kit, books etc and was quite comfortable and easy to carry.There are lots of compartments in it and although I didn't use it on this trip, I thought the USB connection was a good idea.I haven't tested the rucksack in the rain yet but by the look and feel of the material I think it should cope ok.All in all this item is well made and does the job.

Have just received this and used for the first time. I travel frequently and wanted a backpack that I could use for carrying my laptop along with my carry-on case. Having just completed my first trip I can say that this is a fantastic bag for the price. It seems to be of high quality and has loads of space without being too big. The bag would also suffice for a 2 night trip and is large enough to hold a shirt caddy. I really wasn't expecting much at this price however the bag seems really well made and looks classy too. Very happy so far.

I looked for what must have been a few months for this bag. I often go away for 2 to 3 days with work and being a graphic designer need my 17" laptop with me. Taking a travel bag and a laptop bag was awkward especially when it comes to trains and the underground. This back pack is perfect, I can get 3 days worth of clothes and all my laptop equipment in it and it's really comfortable to carry. It's got a zipped pocket on the shoulder strap with is great for a cash card when your using contactless payment on the tube, you just breeze through the gates! It's really well made and a bit of a bargain TBH.

Couldn't fault this product at all. Very well made, classy looking and really versatile. Love the way the front opens up like a case and I was still finding other configurations and pockets as I was using it. Very comfortable to use as a backpack but also easy to carry as an ordinary case.

Bought this for a weekend city break, it was fantastic! Sized perfectly for the less than generous budget airlines hand luggage limits. Good size whilst still remaining compact. It is really comfortable to wear and was fine for the train journey to the airport and a bit of wandering around before the hotel room was ready. The pocket on the straps was great for my phone, but I do have a naff old iPhone so anyone with the new bigger versions would struggle to keep it accessible on the bag.

Compact bag which maximises effective storage and other features. Stylish, loads of pockets, hidden or otherwise and a handy external usb charger. Really happy with this...just traipsed round Europe with it for 10 days and it was fantastic

I purchased this backpack to use on a daily basis, along with it being my main travel backpack. I travel very frequently throughout the year and needed something practical but also with a nice minimalistic design; for simplicity. But I also needed something sturdy to last for months or years to come. This backpack met all my expectations, I do highly recommend this backpack for anyone who travels very frequently, although not for camping but more of a business style travel bag. This bag is sturdy with plenty of storage, the bag expands to a decent size which accommodates a few days worth of clothing. I use this everyday whenever I'm traveling or just going to the office for the day. The USB connection and cable which comes included is a nice touch to add for charging on the move. The only two things I wish it had is at least one slot to store writing utensils instead of just tossing it into one of the large pockets, and also a key clip which would make it much easier and faster to remove and add keys and other items to the key holder which comes included; which I may add is a nice touch. Other then those two things, I am a really big fan of the backpack, for the price point it definitely brings lots of value . You won't regret this purchase.

I have been using this bag for over a month now and love it. It is perfect for carrying my laptop to and from work everyday and has plenty of room for all my other stuff. I haven't had any issues with quality and it is holding up strong at the moment. They sections of the bag open up fully which gives great access to everything. The zippers can be a bit stiff at times but otherwise works well.

Bought this to be my commuter bag and it's perfect. I keep my laptop and e-reader in the laptop compartment. In the large front zip pocket I keep all my computer accessories (mouse, charger, cables) because there's a large elastic sleeve in there that is perfect for organizing oddly-shaped items. In the mesh pockets I keep my stationary, business cards, post it notes, and other small odds and ends. The large main pocket is where I keep my notebook and papers (in the flat sleeve), my daily-used personal items like medications and hair ties (in the zip sleeve), and my lunch bag in the main area. It opens completely which is perfect for efficient packing. It even holds a sweater too if I decide to pack one. The little sunglasses pocket is such an awesome feature since I drive every day and I live in sunny California. The "secret" pocket holds my cash and wallet, and the little side pocket holds my phone. I bought a short charging cable that does the trick. The internal cable has worked as expected and the compartment for the external battery is very large, it would hold many different types and it's nice and deep so the battery doesn't fall out. The elastic drink sleeve is also awesome and I keep my nutritional shake in there so I can have breakfast on the road. Last but not least, the small card pocket on the arm strap is incredibly handy, I keep my key fob for my workplace in there, and when I get to work I just tap my shoulder strap on the door.All in all, I completely love this bag and how organized it allows me to be. My only criticism is that when I first put it on, I didn't like how the straps felt at the back of my neck, between the shoulder blades. But over time I've played with the adjustments and now I'm used to it and it's just as comfortable as any other backpack I've owned. I highly recommend this product for a commuter who packs heavy and has a disorganized work bag. You won't be disappointed!
