I LOVE this teapot. I've never had one before and I got this one cuz it is dishwasher safe. The handle is WIDE so it's got plent of hand room. The removable diffuser is well made and wide enough for loose leaves to move about. The material is very durable and easy to clean. I have used it every day since it got to me. No rust or tea stains. I love the shape and the little cups are amazingly functional in the sense that no matter how hot the tea, they're comfy to use. A bit weird to get used to at first cuz the brim of the cups are a little wide but fun to use with this design. If something happens to my current one I'm probably buying the same one again.

The cups and teapot come packaged in this very dense foam, super secure. Each of the cups has a small blemish on them since they are blown glass but that's to be expected (it's where they insert the air) and is smooth to the touch. The cups are cool to the touch no matter how hot the liquid due to the double-walled design and the pot handle was also cool to the touch even after microwaving for 3 minutes. The best part however is the teapot itself. The curvature of the base means the water swirls easily without scraping the bottom when stirring in sugar (if you sugar the pot). The spout is also perfectly curved to give that sweet laminar flow. If you don't know what laminar flow is, basically it's a steady stream that is easy to control; which is ideal for pouring tea - particularly into small cups. I haven't tried the sample tea that comes with the set so I can't say anything about its quality or taste, but it comes with three different kinds to try out. There's two loose-leaf (Green, and Jasmine) then one packet just labeled blooming tea (it's a ball which expands into a flower as it steeps to my knowledge.) I assume each packet is enough for one pot but you're also fine adding in whatever loose-leaf tea you own as well as just using bags. I put two herbal tea bags into the basket so I didn't have to fish for them and it worked great. Can't recommend this tea set enough, it's more than worth the price, a high-quality design in function and form.

Ok, I ordered this teapot about a month ago and I looooooove it! Only problem the spout to the pot broke about 2 weeks after I bought it. I reached out to she seller and due to some user error (me) I never got her reply but we finally did connect and what a wonderful soul. She is replacing my teapot which I should have any day now and I can go back to nirvana. :) If you are tea drinker and tired of your teas being tainted with the taste of aluminum I highly recommend getting this tea pot. My tea is perfect now! Best feature, is that you can actually use this pot directly on the stove. Most of the glass teapots I found were only for storing the tea after you boil it. This will definitely be the highlight gift for my Secret Santa party this year. One other thing I should mention, the tea cups that come with it are a tad small but they are adorable and I would absolutely use them for entertaining. Great size for after dinner tea. Teapot is not as large as the aluminum ones but it is the perfect size for tea drinker. Great product and fabulous customer service!

This kettle is a wonderful product by KitchenKite (Katie). It comes with four double-walled glass cups and truly lives up to its description. The design is simplistic and easy to use and the kettle is dishwasher proof and stove proof. I've not tried it in the microwave as I've never had the need to heat it up through a microwave and enjoy watching the kettle boil. However, if it can withstand a dishwasher and a stove, I'm pretty sure that it can manage a microwave. At first it feels like the kettle handle is unsturdy to use when holding a pot of boiling water but it is a strong product, on the other hand I do use a teacosy to support the body when taking it anywhere. I may have been eager when opening the product to not read the instructions as I just had 'dishwasher proof' in my head and assumed it applied to all products received. This was not the case when it came to the double-walled glass cups. I put two in the dishwasher and in one glass cup it had enlarged a hole causing water to seep in creating what can only be described as a ghostly fish tank. It was cool and beautiful to look at but also a depressing situation. I contacted Katie about the issue and she was professional and most importantly very understanding and we've agreed to settle for a new replacement set to be sent for the double-walled glass cups (they don't do individual replacements). I'm not one to give out five-star ratings but I'm not one to shy to away from awarding five-star ratings when greatly deserved. The kettle is GREAT buy, affordable for the long run, made by a compassionate owner, comes with no strings attached, does what it says on the tin and on top of all of this you would be supporting an independent company. Just don't put the double-walled cups in the dishwasher. Great work, Katie!

Die Teekanne sieht mega aus, genau der Stil den ich haben wollte. Für die No Drip Funktion muss der Deckel allerdings festgehalten/leicht angedrückt werden, dieser wird aber schon nach kurzer Zeit relativ heiß/warm was unangenehm ist. Ein anderes Material wäre evtl. besser gewesen, aber es geht auch so. Die mitgelieferten Tassen sehen sehr gut aus, sind definitiv mal was anderes. Nur in der Größe find ich Sie etwas zu klein, deswegen ein Punkt abzug. Alles in allem aber ein tolles Set.

Really love this tea pot and the guarantee that you can sign up for when it arrives was an added bonus. The little cups don't have handles but still a gorgeous little set . Also loved the humour on the card when asked to sign up for guarantee.
