Melissa & Doug Blossom Bright Sprinkler

Over the past 8 years I have purchased many sprinklers and usually end up disappointed. This one far exceeded my expectations. The water shoots out quite a good distance, about 5 feet at full water pressure. The little flowers are soft, but sturdy, rubber that is soft to the touch. There are not any sharp edges on this sprinkler, which is a must! Water and slippery grass make it dangerous for kids to play in traditional lawn watering sprinklers.I also like that the water still comes out if you turn down the faucet. My twins are 21 months and enjoy having the water shorter sometimes so they can pat at the water.The connection to the hose is very tight and does not leak.This one is a winner with me and my kids can't get enough of it! Well worth the price to buy one and not have to replace it again!

I had to control the water pressure because it was shooting water too high.It is safe because it is very flexible and has no sharp edges.I do not know how long it would survive the hot summer sun, as I do not leave it outside after use.No leaks and the hose connector is solid.It is an amazing toy for kids to get wet without having to go to a pool.

This is a simple, fun toy. It attaches to a regular garden hose, and the water pressure/height of the fountain is determined by how you adjust your water faucet (this may seem obvious, but just trying to clarify for anyone who might be confused by other reviews). With your faucet turned all the way up, this sprinkler is a geyser! It is made of a pliable rubber, so it's safe for kids to play around and not get hurt if someone slips into it or falls on it. It also seems very durable. My kids, ages 2 and 4, and their friends, really enjoy this sprinkler.

Summer must have! This is so fun in the summer for the kids to jump through the sprinklers. My kids also like to stick it under the trampoline and have a lot of water fun that way. It’s really good quality and has lasted multiple summers with my family.

I love this sprinkler. I just ordered it last week and I've used it already to water the lawn. I originally bought it for my twin girls to use when they're old enough to run through it. But for now it's a great sprinkler to water the lawn, and so much cuter than a bland yard sprinkler! The whole product, including the flowers, are made out of a soft yet durable material so when children do play with it, and if they were to trip on it, there wouldn't be any pointy hard plastic sticking out. When you turn the water on, the bottom of this sprinkler fills with water so that it is weighted and will not tip over. I also like that I can control the height of the water by simply turning the water pressure up or down, and it could be as small as a trickle to as high as six feet in the air. I would definitely recommend this product: made well, useful, and oh so adorable!

This is a cute sprinkler and seems to be well made. The holes in the flowers where the water comes out are fairly large, so you need pretty good water pressure to get the water to spray more than 5 feet up. It uses so much water that a large puddle forms around it very quickly. Not the greatest in places where water is scarce, like California. If they could redesign it so it used maybe 1/3 as much water, I'd give it 5 stars.

I bought this last year for my two-year-old and older baby. My older daughter loved jumping through the streams, and the younger would crawl around and put her hands in the streams while laughing. They had a ball. This year, with a three-year-old and a toddler, the fun continues. It's a great way to get them out of the house and have fun while I can sit in a chair and read. You can control the height of the streams by increasing or decreasing the water pressure you send through the hose. The flowers are soft rubber, so they don't stub their toes, and it's the perfect size for taking to another part of the yard easily. However, it doesn't rotate or anything, so large puddles will form where the streams land. Therefore, it wouldn't be good for watering the lawn, but it's awesome for summer fun.

My daughter loves running around playing in the water. It shoots about 8 feet high and 8 feet (or a little more) wide. You can set it to shoot smaller by adjusting your hose. The nice thing is how soft it is. My daughter can sit on it and it's nice and squishy. Is very durable, lightweight, compact, and safe for toddlers. As a side note, my daughter stuck a crayon in the nozzle and we can't get it out. The water still shoots out just fine! :)
