I decided to try the KYDA Liquid Highlighter Drops in the Golden Bronzer shade after looking for a product that could add a natural-looking glow to both my face. It can be used for body but, the bottle isn't large so wanted it just for my face. The texture is lightweight and blends easily with fingers or a brush, making it simple to control how much glow you want. I like that it is buildable, so I can use a small amount for a subtle daytime sheen or add a bit more for a warmer, bronzed look on my cheeks. The golden tone looks natural on my skin and does not pull orange or overly glittery, just a soft radiant shimmer. I also appreciate that it is formulated with skincare ingredients, as it feels comfortable on the skin and does not dry it out. The bottle size is small but concentrated, so a little goes a long way and should last quite some time if I just use on my face and neck. This is a nice versatile liquid bronzer and highlighter that gives a healthy glow for both face and body and fits nicely into my everyday makeup routine.

These highlighter drops are a good fit for pale skin and add a shimmery finish with just a hint of rosy/champagne color, but they are too thick to be called drops. The liquid is thick enough to make little peaks. The thickness isn't an issue when applying to skin. It still spreads well enough on its own or you can mix it with lotion/foundation no problem. The issue with the thickness is that when you pull the dropper out, quite a bit of product comes out with it and then when you try to put the dropper back in the bottle, it pushes the product up and out of the bottle resulting in a mess and wasted product (shown in 2nd photo). The dropper doesn't work at all for drawing up product except for whatever is on the side or end of the dropper. For a product of this texture and thickness, an airless pump would be more appropriate. Still though, I like the color and shimmer. I use a very, very small amount to not overdo it. It is buildable but I just like my look to be more subtle. I wouldn't call it a bronzer but that's actually a good thing because my pale skin is too pale to wear a real bronzer. There's very little information about this product on the box that it comes in. It lists the ingredients, an expiration date of Dec 2027, and a 24 month shelf life, but it doesn't say anything about the manufacturer/brand or where it's made. That makes me feel uneasy about using it. There are also no instructions on the package, not that instructions are really needed, it just seems odd to not even describe the purpose of the product on the box. It doesn't have any smell as far as I can tell. It doesn't wash off easily. I've been using a cleansing oil to remove it. The shimmer that's in it does transfer, so you might make your friends shimmery too.
