Died for seemingly no reason
I used it with 5V input and it worked at first. As I tested it further, it quit working. Relay won't close and LED won't come on. Nothing I seem to do works to fix it. Even removing power for 10+ minutes doesn't work. I don't think it's the relay, given I can turn the relay on and off by connecting it directly to my bench power supply, so my guess is something else is going wrong elsewhere.
