Unfortunately the fittings are larger than most other fittings designed for 1/4” tubing. It is impossible even with my husband’s strength to get them into 1/4” tubing. See photo for comparison with normal fittings.

I am using these in an aeroponic application. The spray characteristics are great. They are very inexpensive. The tee part of the assembly is compatible with other atomizing nozzles available through this venue. Once the tee is inserted in 1/4 tubing it will not pop out even under high pressure. However, pushing the 1/4 tubing onto the barb is impossible unless the end of tube is warmed up.

I was hoping to be able to set these to a very very slow drip... however even tightened all the way down with players they had an almost constant drip- i have a low pressure siphon watering system (that uses holes poked in plastic tube tube to water)that I was hoping to improve with this but they just drip too fast... I'm sure I will come up with another use for them

It will do mist very good. For watering the amount of water are not enough. You will need to set a long time.

Pressure needs to be low or else it falls apart. Super glued. I do like this. I put on a timer.
