I ordered 3 different colors in size 4 M women's shoes - received 2, contacted seller, and they responded quickly. After this, I received all 3. Exactly as described and true to size. Very pretty shoes and especially pleased with customer service who responded within hours both times. The hearts did need to be punched out manually, but this wasn't too big of a problem. Would recommend!

Bought a second pair of these for a friend. She was visiting Japan for a year and said she couldn't find her size anywhere. Bought her a size 9 and they fit perfectly! She said they were very comfortable and adorable! The only reason I'm making this 4 stars though, is because I ordered a black pair for her, she was sent white instead.

These shoes are so cute and comfortable it's unreal . I love platform heels they give you so much more support then skinny heels 👠👠👠👠 . The color is beautiful , good job guys.

Love them! Runs true to size. I did put an insole in them. My feet are narrow so I usually use an insole. Wore them all day and strangers would stop me in the store and tell me they loved my shoes! I did tell them where to get them.

Love these boots. Fit well. They are fun, and as the subject line says sassy and classy. Easy to walk in, comfortable, and well made.They got here fast too.

It’s tight around the toes. Really cute and exactly how I expected it to look and I only blame myself for the sizing error. But while I was tying the laces before I put the shoe on most of the eyelets popped out. It makes the shoes look tacky and poorly made so I took them out which doesn’t look as good as the picture, but at least there aren’t pieces flopping around.

These shoes are so beautiful in person! I ordered the pink in size 6(37) and they were a bit big, so I'd order a couple sizes down from your usual size shoe. Otherwise, they are made wonderfully with strong leather and a very cute appearance. I'm thinking about getting another pair!
