It works
For the price it's good. Only 4 stars cause after I got over 10 lbs had to wear a thick beanie. Starts to squeeze the face. They might all be that way. This is first one. In a car accident many years ago. Couple bad disc in neck. It is helping. Plus helps keeping neck up to speed with other lifting.

I purchased this for my husband November 2022 and he uses it every day. He loves it, but I’m disappointed that it did not last long. The product ripped after few months of use. I don’t think I will recommend this product. Sorry.
