5☆ Service from start to finish. Product arrived within 24hours of ordering with a very helpful phonecall to tell me it would be arriving tomorrow if that was ok. Delivery guys were fantastic and arrived 15mins early so freed up my day. Product itself is great and comfortable and 10 screws and a power screwdriver took seconds to add the legs and get up and running. So so much better than the flat pack equivalents from the likes of homebase with a million screws to assemble. Simply brilliant and no trouble recommending this product or the company.

Very unhappy. The set delivered is not the same as on the photos. It is of inferior quality and needs to be fully assembled which the set shown doesn't. The chairs on the photos are preassembled. Trades misdescription and shouldn't be allowed by Amazon.

fab patio set , would highly recommend ,chairs already made up with removable covers ,all fits under table with a waterproof cover that fits over nicely , arrived earlier then said which was great ,had rest of day free , thank-you OAKITA , will deff buy from you again , family & friends cant believe how well it all fits into a cube .

Excellent value and quality (don't normally go together). Gets lots of admiring glances and comments from friends and family and creates a great environment to entertain when the weather is right. Comfortable too.

Delivered on time and very easy to put up. Easy to store at night with both covers and chairs being pushesd under the table. I thought the covers would get damp or wet, but we have had a lot of rain and still all dry. I would recommend this seller and product.

The whole experience was great -- good coordination on the delivery time and date, a lovely, helpful delivery man and we've enjoyed the set all summer. Good quality, easy to store away when it showers and looks great.

This furniture is great. It looks really good & there's plenty of seating. All my visitors have been very impressed.

I have taken time to leave this review as I wanted to use the table and chairs for a few months before providing feedback. Although initially the delivery was late the company kept me up to date and provided a proactive and fantastic service. I will use them again in the future. The item itself is not as dark as I thought from the photo but it has not put me off at all. The product is very well made, sturdy and took no time to put together. The deliver came in several large and very well packed boxes but took no more than 20 mins to put together on my own. The seats are comfortable and a good size for both children and adults. Storing the chairs is a breeze and the additional cover keeps the table/chairs 100% dry even in the heaviest rain. The glass tops are very durable and easy to clean and the size of the table is fantastic. Very compact when not in use and a lot of space if needed. In short I am extremely pleased with the purchase and glad I bought it.
