When We Became Three: A Memory Book for the Modern Family

It’s quite a detailed extensive book. Lots to write if ur ok with that. Almost feels like a lifetime journal. However the place for pitting up pics is small and not to many can be added so if u like having pics then this baby book isn’t for u. Also it’s quite plain Inside , no quite colourful illustration as such.

I love the idea of this book! Exactly what I was looking for! A lot of q&a & there are sections where you can write for your child to read when they’re older. My SO and I can’t wait to start filling out the pages. :). Highly recommend for first time parents-to-be

Excelente regalo para papás primerizos. Sus paginas las pueden ir llenando durante el embarazo donde cuentan al bebé como se conocieron, como se sentía mamá, etc. Me encantó ya que es una bonita manera de recordar la etapa.

I was excited at the idea of having a 'different' baby book but, sad to say, I was quite disappointed when I received the book. It was more fill in the blanks then anything. Most of which did not apply to our situation. I Have no interest in writing down diaper explosion stories (there was a whole section on that kind of stuff) After filling in the first few pages, it started to become boring and felt more like work then fun. Who knows, you may love the book, but it did not work for us.

This book was fun to fill out! We've only gotten as far as the letter to baby because he won't be here for another month. It is only limited to first time parents. The majority of the book is fill in the blank and the book wouldn't make any sense when reading it if this is not your first child. Also wouldn't recommend for single expecting parents bc I mean with the title of the book it's pretty obvious. I like how it put some focus on the relationship between the parents too. Me and my husband really value our relationship and always said we wanted our children to get a good understanding of that love we share. It's really an original and beautifully created. I feel like it asked all the right questions about baby and our family.

It's such a beautiful book for memories of your child, but also of the time spent as a couple before having them. Very lighthearted and quickly filled out, which is perfect for parents that don't have a lot of time to sit down and write an elaborate novel about everything that happens.There are quite a few spelling errors in the book that I have, but maybe they have been corrected since then. Another slight issue is that it's completely heteronormative, which in a modern family book shouldn't really be the case - but again, maybe there are different versions, I haven't checked around for it. If not, that'd be an idea for a revision, because there's more than just "mom and dad" in nuclear families.Other than those small complaints, it's a wonderful keep sake to give to your offspring once they're grown up.
