PROS:Ok. For my 1st workout I will admit I was impressed. I love the air flow restriction on this much better than I do the idea of changing knobs on the Elevation 2.0. It is very easy to adjust the air flow rate.Obviously, the price on this one is cheaper than the other brand so that's a plus as well.Money back guarantee doesn't hurtLooks cool! Everyone was looking at me like I was from mars or something...I loved the extra attention...Since it's not customizeable, you only pay once!CONS:I am 6' 210lbs, I ordered a medium and while it does fit my face, I felt like I had to adjust it a few times when running to keep it from sliding down my nose.No way to measure which elevation you are supposedly simulating. On the elevation 2.0, you have options for which elevation you would like to simulate.Only 4 air flow options! I worry that my body may adjust to this pretty soon. And honestly, the first two settings aren't that noticeable a difference.No customizeable with skins.Summary:I've only used it for two workouts now. I did feel myself breathing deeper to inhale but I'm not sure if the results will be noticeable or minimal.I do enjoy the psychological feeling of thinking you are training harder because of the mask though. Sometimes that is all it takes to see "better " results. At the moment, I don't regret the purchase but I am curious if the more expensive Elevation2.0 feels like more of a challenge to your lunges or if it is the same difference with possibly a few more options on the way to max resistance. If you are looking for a way to customize it, I don't think that exists right now either however, I wouldn't be surprised if you could make the skins work..I would imagine some alcohol would be all it would take to clean the inside though. I'll try to do an update in a few weeks!

Very nice product extremely comfortable and works great it has all the characteristics of breathing restriction I started with the level on two and still has to level four for the complete full expectation of more air restriction. I love wearing it and now can run and walk more with it to advance mine lungs and training, I feel it will work fine for as long as it takes to get used too which won't be for awhile I can see myself using it for like six months to a year. Very extremely nice product and made very well and stays on my face no worries and nice strap, I picked a medium, the recommendated size was perfect.

Easy to adjust and easy to train in. The mask comes with replacement filters and the operational manual. It stays put when training and works your lungs for sure. Feels like it's thin air training! Love it!

I have noticed a difference in my cardiovascular after using this for only a few times . The only problems I have noticed is the elastic is starting to stretch and prevent a tight seal. I have also noticed the seal becomes very poor after sweating for too long. I am going to give it one more workout and they may have to return it. I wish the face strap was adjustable so I can make the seal tighter because too many more uses and the elastic is going to useless.
