Too soft. For back support you need a firm cushion. Generally any physio would also recommend a firm one. So if it is back support you looking for check with an expert. I will give 4 stars because the product in itself is good just that it doesn't match my requirement.

Cute and useful
Love it. This size is very useful, unlike the rectangle memory foam pillows...this one works for your neck, back, knees, ankles and anywhere you want it. Powder blue colour with white polka dots was a pleasant surprise.

Comfort and cushioning
It’s been more then 4 months we are using this cushion and it is serving the job well. However the size is a bit small but provide good support
