Love this, my microbiome has been off for YEARS, to the point where I was afraid to leave the house, lest I be too far from a safe bathroom. I was even afraid to have sex, because I didn't trust my digestive track to keep it to itself. I was bloated and in pain every day. My partner actually got mad at me saying my stomach issues had stopped us from living full lives. I would have to stay home from parties or even going on hikes. Taking one of these every day has set me back to a state of confidence and comfort I had really forgotten existed for me. I'm excited for sex now, not scared, and the bloating and pain have subsided.
