Certainly prefer this Goose feather and down duvet which I purchased to replace a duck feather and down duvet because feathers were sticking through and pricking me. Good price too!

Nice and warm , but the covering is very noisy, sounds like your covered with plastic,

THIS ALL SEASONS 9 & 4.5 TOG DUVET IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & FEELS SUPER SNUGGLY & WE DON’T FIND THE MATERIAL NOISY IN THE SLIGHTEST. IT’S A PLEASURE TO GET UNDER.I COMPARED LOTS OF DIFFERENT BRANDS & DIFFERENT PRICED DUVET BEFORE TAKING A CHANCE ON THIS ONE. I WAS VERY SCEPTICAL ABOUT THIS AS IT APPEARED TO BE VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY COMPARED TO SOME OTHER BRANDS. IT IS SO NICE I HAVE ALSO BOUGHT THE 10.5 TOG DUVET BECAUSE I THINK THE 9 & 4.5 TOG WILL BE TOO WARM JOINED TOGETHER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING THIS.

Failed

The 9 tog quilt is fine. But as the weather has improved I have shifted to using the 4.5 tog.This is where I have discovered that the 4.5 tog doesn't have the same sewn box construction as the 9 tog. The 'boxes' are not sealed from each other across the width of the quilt, so all the feathers migrate from the centre of the quilt to the edges.The photos include the corner box of the quilt which is full of feathers, a centre section that I am poking up (trying to show that it is empty of feathers), and a photo of the sewing in the corner of a box where the vertical sewing can be made out to stop short of the horizontal sewing.Since this is the quilt that I would be using for about 8 months of the year I have no desire to have to keep taking this quilt out to rearrange the feather every week or so. Especially as this was advertised with "clever internal box construction means that all the filling stays just where it should".Unfortunately by the time I discovered this the return period had expired, and I have so far been unable to find the right combination of button clicks to report a faulty product.

Very warm quality duvet. Well worth the money

Lovely duvet but need more buttons on top and bottom and should have some on side. Constantly having to readjust.
