Protein One 90 Calorie Keto Protein Bars, Strawberries and Cream, 10 ct (Pack of 6)

These are by far the best protein bars I have found. They are very filling, tasty, low carb, low fat, and high protein. Very rare to find such a perfect balance of macros and still be very tasty.I wish other manufacturers would stop making candy bars disguised as protein bars and make real nutrition bars like these.Please Fiber One/Protein One make them much more widely available.

I love these bars for a snack or a quick breakfast! Only 90 calories but super filling - they are very thick so you need to drink water and take small bites !

Do not purchase! Save your money for something edible! These bars are obviously expired by quite some time! I’ve purchased them for many years and I’ve never seen any as hard and dark red as these. Not able to be eaten! Too hard to chew, bad aftertaste. There is the safety hazard of no manufacturing information being stamped on the boxes, or on the bars themselves as they usually are. If these were three or four months expired I wouldn’t have had an issue with that. They would’ve been a little more chewy. But this is taking too much of a chance without any manufacturing information on them at all, including the expiration date missing. Of course they aren’t able to be returned! 50 bucks down the drain. But maybe I can save you your money! Oddly the boxes look pristine, just missing any manufacturing date info. Sad. Bad actor seller.

This bar is a very good balance of calories (only 90), sodium (only 115 mg), protein (10 g), with a fair amount of fiber (4 g) for such a small bar. But best of all, I love the taste and texture.The main reason I switched to this as my "go to" bar is the lower sodium content (I recently had a heart attack). The smaller size also helps with weight control since the 90 calories is well below most other breakfast bars.The only down side is that sometimes this smaller bar is not enough to fill me up; but you can always have two of them for roughly the same cost and nutritional impact as a larger breakfast bar.

first of these taste good, but they are too hard for me, for that reason i wont get them again, and im dissapointed, i was hopping for a chocolate alternative

They are of good quality and a good value.

Of all protein bars, this is my favorite. It’s chewy so it lasts me longer. It tastes fruity and sweet.

If you want a protein bar that is not high in calories and is comprised of mostly all protein and fiber, you won't likely find better than this. I can see why some might not like the taste compared with bars that have a much higher calorie content and a lot of carbs, bad fats, etc, but these are lean and solid when compared with similar counterparts which usually taste like chalkboard with no flavor.All that being said, a six pack went from $40 to $60 within a few months, so I won't be buying these anymore if they stay at that price.
