03-162 Black Sena Bluetooth Helmet System,1 Pack

After watching the video about it on LS2s YouTube channel, I decided to give it a shot. It was quick to arrive and pretty easy to install. Got it paired with my GPS and cell phone. Have used it a few times and it's worked great. I did make a couple phone calls while riding just to test it out, and the people I called were having a hard time hearing me. Guessing the noise canceling mic doesn't cancel a whole lot of noise, but I got it mostly to hear my GPS while riding. If I need to make a call, I can stop and make a call using my cell. I went to register it on Sena's website for the warranty but wasn't able to. I contacted Sena and was told that for this model, you can't register it online because it was made in coordination with LS2 specifically for their Rebellion helmet and that any warranty issues would have to be through the retailer that it was bought from. That didn't make a whole lot of sense to me since it's still a Sena product, but whatever. Not sure why people leave negative reviews because they thought the helmet came with it. Read the description, people!

They don’t include the earpiece for the control module To store, So you cannot install it into Your helmet because you don’t have all the parts that’ll cost you another $25. It’s supposed to come with the extra earpiece at least other kits But not this one so buyer beware

For half helms, it doesn't get any better than this. If you are installing in the LS2 Rebellion, this fits perfectly. The design of this unit as it fits in the helmet is incredible (down to the control unit fitting perfectly into a cutout in the strap). Sound quality is pretty meh (hardly any bass), but it can get LOUD. Call quality is outstanding - I ride a harley with no fairing or windscreen, and callers can't tell... I can't hear myself talking but I often get complaints that I sound like I am yelling at them, better quality than even most in-car bluetooth systems.The only reason for 4 stars are the mediocre audio quality and the boom mic - it along with the right ear piece needs adjustment everytime I put the helmet on due to it shifting. However, this doesn't happen once it is on and strapped.

Works well with the LS2 Rebellion helmet!

This is way over priced for the Bluetooth unit without the helmet that’s right I purchased the helmet with Bluetooth built in at the Harley dealership for $280. This unit does not come with a helmet buyer beware

antenna should be more flexible but other than that, awesome helmet and bluetooth setup

Not warranted by sena. Device hasn’t worked since it was purchased and sena said to reach out where it was purchased.

used less then a year before it stopped working, wont take a charge.
