Squooshi Filling Station + 24 Reusable Food Pouches and Caps (Large G.O. Pouches)

I ordered some about 2 years ago and loved them so I decided to order more since they came with what seemed to be a pretty easy to use plunger system. Well, first off the new ones are pretty flimsy compared to the old ones and won't stay open. I cleaned them in the dishwasher together and the old ones that look like they are made with thicker material stayed upright where as the newer ones folded and flew around the dishwasher. When they came out my old ones were dry because they maintained their open position but the new ones were still soaked and flat. I then decided to place them on the drying rack and after 8 hours of air drying they were still wet because again, they will not stay open. I'm very worried about mold growth in the newer version whereas I never worried about that in the old ones. Also, the new lids screw on and seal only once. To open them you must break the seal and thereafter you have plastic hanging off the edges. I'm not sure why they changed the pouches. The originals were amazing but these are not. Also, my plunger came out of the box with a tear in the silicone. I will be returning and looking for a better replacement because I loved that these were reuseable.Update: I have now had these pouches for 2 weeks and have gotten use to them. While they are not the old pouches, I have added 2 stars from my original review because of the AMAZING customer service I have received. The company reached out to me to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase and after explaining to them my issues, they tried their best to resolve the issues. While they no longer make the metallic lined pouches they were quick to mail me the original lids and even enclosed 4 free pouches.To resolve the cleaning issues I have had, I no longer put them in the dishwasher unless I feel that they need sterilized. Hand washing works well and I just have to be sure to prop them up against something on the drying rack so that they stay upright. This way, they do dry well eventually but it does take most of the day. Regardless of my issues, it is still worth it to have the reusable pouches and not have to buy the expensive ones only to toss them out.

Love love LOVE this filling station! I used he squooshi's with my first kid and didn't have a filling station. It was always messy and I constantly overfilled and spilled or couldn't seal the bottom once full. I just made a batch of food and I had very little spilling and was able to completely fill each squooshi! My only feedback would be to ask for a valve switch that could open and close before you take the squooshi off as food squishes out as you take the little cover off and put it back on.

I'm in love. Seriously. I discovered store-bought food pouches and love them. My daughter can feed herself, and it's much less messy! I just hated the price. Enter this great product.The pouches are a great size for my now 11 month old, but she's been using them for a while now. If she doesn't finish, into the fridge it goes for later. She handles the shape well. I don't find I need to set them up on end, so the zipper on the bottom is fine. I love the "fill station." It's so much easier than spoons and funnels. It cleans up fast. There's usually some left in the bottom that doesn't squish out, so I spoon feed that to baby quickly.The ONLY thing I wish was different is that I can't easily see if I'm getting the pouches clean. Don't get me wrong, I'm fairly confident they clean quite well using a bottle brush. I just wish they were translucent, still colored even, to see the inside edges. I just give them a good soaking and brushing and haven't had issues. This is the only reason I took off a star.These pouches and filling station have made my life so much easier! I can make my daughter's food quickly and easily. I use an immersion blender directly in the filling station, then move right on to filling pouches. It takes minutes. One pouch in the fridge and the rest into the freezer. They freeze and thaw wonderfully. I've been using them for 1.5 months with no leaks, funny smells, or other issues. I've lost a few caps, but the store-bought caps fit... so don't throw them away!Edit 9/30/16: I gave the star I docked back. If the food is dark enough, I can see it and clean it. But these pouches are just too useful to not give 5 stars. They have survived biting, dropping and throwing. I use 2-3 EVERY day.

Great product with a few slight annoyances. The press isn't tight enough, and whatever your squeezing into the pouches will bubble up from under the plunger and get all over the top of it. I have to clean off the top of the plunger and re-squeeze the excess that escaped. I have found that covering the plunger with a plastic bag or Saran Wrap helps. Also, the zippers on the bottom of the pouches is EXTREMELY difficult to open when you first buy them. After multiple washings they have loosened up a little bit but I ripped one already trying to get it open to clean it. Make sure your hands and the pouch are completely dry before attempting to open them. Other then that these are great! I fill them with yogurt and pudding for my daughters lunches and for in her diaper bag when we're out shopping. Since these don't require spoons, she can eat them in the car. They're easy to clean with soap and water and a little bottle brush. If you place them in the dishwasher, open the bottoms, place over the rack, then put a cup over the top of them to keep them in place.

Love it. Way more cost effective than buying pouches all the time, and great for garden fresh produce. Easy to fill (open the zipper end to let the air out as you fill and close once partially full). Easy to clean. Easy to freeze. My daughter loves them and I can make my own combos instead of just what the store has. Unlike previous posters, I found them super easy to open and as long as you partially unzip to let the initial air out, no problems there either. Oh and it now comes in a plain brown shipping style box with instructions. Not as fancy for a gift but very organic!

Great product. Bought a spoon attachment to be able to feed directly from pouch. The pouches are durable, have been placed from refridgerator into a bowl of hot water and into a dishwasher. The opening is large enough to fit hands in the scrub the inside clean. The zipper to close the pouch has a tight seal, have not experienced any leakage despite filling it quite full. Use multiple times on the go as well as in home usage. The filling station is also very easy to clean and comes in 2 pieces. It allows for a large batch of food to be filled at once.Recommended for on the go parents who want something reusable and convienent.

The filling station is great but the food has to be fully puréed, any chunks get stuck in the tube. One of the pouches broke almost as soon as we used it. The pouches themselves need to be fully washed in order to get all of the food out the dishwasher didn't clean them at all.This product would have been much more useful when my children were infants and still eating only purées.

The bags are great, tight locks (although hard to clean the creases), super convenient to put your own baby purees, yogurt or mashed potatoes and feed on the go. So much better for the environment too avoiding those disposable pouches!The cup that comes with it to fill the bags is a bit weird. The press has indented shape so probably at least 1-2oz stays on the bottom of the cup when you squeeze it into a pouch. Considering that baby servings are 3-5oz - this seems like a lot of waste or inconvenience to scrape with a spoon after. I end up just putting purees in the pouch with a spoon forgoing the cup all together. Buy the pouches, pass on the cup.

The filling station works fine. Easier and faster than using a spoon. I wish the bottom would be conic to prevent wasting a good amount of purée (but I eat it instead).On the other hand, the pouches are not so good. Poor quality, after two uses, the seal on one of them is already broken. The shape of the pouch makes a corner where food get stuck. And it is very narrow and difficult to fill from the bottom end.

Items listed on the box that should have been included, have been crossed out with a black marker. Disappointed, as this was supposed to be a gift.

Fonctionne très bien et très pratique pour les lunch pour les enfants et fait faire de l économie a cour termes. La fermeture tien tres bien, mais un peut dure a fermé et a ouvrir pour le nettoyage. Faut une petit adaptations pour utiliser le remplissage pour éviter d avoir de l aire dans les sachets

I don't recommend this product. When you put the food into the container and try to "push" it out into the connected pouch, for whatever reason, there is resistance that is created, and the handle will not go past a certain point. It fills up about a third of the bag, and then it will not go down anymore. Pretty disappointing.

Agree with previous review. Items that are supposed to be included are crossed off on exterior of box with a marker! Isn't this supposed to be a new product? Clearly it has been opened and now I don't even want to use it,..

Unfortunately I had to return the item the day after I received it. Two out of the six packets broke before I got to use them (during initial cleaning). I love the concept though and will be reordering this type of product. The reason I chose these in particular were for their fun animal designs which I knew would please my 2 year old daughter as she loves animals.

I'm just getting into the homemade baby foods and I love how easy this filling station is. It's super easy to clean and no food gets wasted while filling the punches it comes with. The pouches are reusable and easy to clean. They have a ziplock type bottom opening that water can flow through. Great purchase!

These are exactly what I wanted. My son loves his fruit pouches, so now when I make a smoothie for myself I can make a larger batch, thicken some a bit with a baby cereal and make him a few pouches. The only thing that is a little tricky is sometimes air gets in first, which takes up space. So this does have a bit of a learning curve. But still exactly what I wanted!

Easy to use, easy to wash, great price. And, the dispenser doesn't take up a lot of room so it's easy for storage or just leave it on your counter. And because it's a hand pump, you control how much comes out and how fast.

Okay, great idea but you need the food to be very blended. Also, if my kids didn't like one of my blends, they refused to eat from the same "squirt" later on.

I have not use it, but it seems to do its job. The packaging is poor. The product arrived fluted in the valve. I thing it won't last long. I thought about returning it but I did not have time to make the arrangements.
