Ordered it on Thursday, got it on Saturday before expecting delivery date. Well done Amazon. Came in nicely packed. This Product is good for beginners as it has the right tension. Some people are talking about its size is small. But believe me, it will feel small for those who have khali or hulk like palm.😁😁 Good soft foam grip didn't leave any mark on your hand. One suggestion: Please read or watch how to use this grippers before using this because lots of people not know how to use.

The grips are a pair of two, so we can keep one as a backup and use the other one till it wears off. The load of the grips, isn't that substantial and so this makes it perfect for beginners. The foam grip is firm, not loose, and provides adequate friction. A little small, they were good enough for my hands, but guys with huge hand sizes may not get the best fitting. Nice grips and good quality Product. Do 200 per hand in morning,evening and night. You'll definately get a strong forearms. If u guys are gymers. The cost price printed in the product is 270 rupees. Overall, it is a good value for money. The quality of material and rubber is decent and the size fits into your palms easily. The tightness of the spring is average. Not too hard or too easy. If you feel it is not tight enough, you can simply increase your number of reps

Its a really sturdy and standardised product .... Have been using it for quite sometime and it gives satisfactory results ..... The best part is that it has foam grips which is not harsh on your palms and the resistance is perfect ..... Must reccomendation for all who would like a developed forearm ....

It's average. I like to use this for keeping my grip strength healthy but there's not much else I could use this for. It helps with blood circulation and for the cost of Rs. 300, I think it's a fair product.
