I used it to make some almond flour bread. Actually the result was what I call "an edible disaster." The flavor was find but the loaves did not rise much. I'm sure the result was primarily my own fault and will try again.I marked Freshness @3 only because I have no idea of how fresh or not fresh the flour is.

Product is great for low carb diets.
