Dog in Yard Keep Gate Closed Wall Door Sign - Lt Gray (Medium)

I bought two sizes of these for each door on my fence. They look so good and so far haven’t given me any issues with the little stickers it came with. This was so much better than the bright red or green ones that local stores sell and although it was a tad bit pricey i think it was important for me to put it on my gates to ensure my pup doesn’t run away. (you can see him in the background of the 2nd pic). The type of fence i have is more of a vinyl/plastic so i can’t say if it sticks on wood or not. but if you have a fence similar to mine, get it! Also i was very scared the small size was going to be WAY to small. but i’m glad i got it because it’s subtle and doesn’t overpower the look of the outside and the fence but you can still read the message on it.Update 6/8/22: it has been raining in my area and the sign is still intact. hasn’t fallen off or given me any problem. Definitely water resistant

I ordered the 5x7 version of this sign... Very impressed! Seems like it will last a long time, even out in harsh weather conditions. I especially like the dog silhouette on the sign-- definitely gets people's attention before they enter the yard!

Had these signs before on my gate at previous home to protect my dogs while in yard. Moved and repurchased since I was satisfied. (Signs are sturdy and lasted in the Southern climate on my fence at my other home). Thas time however one package ( both unopened) was missing the adhesive strips. For most people only a minor inconvenience. For me, since I don't drive, a trip to hardware store is not possible, so I'll have to spend additional monies to purchase something on Amazon to affix the second sign to gate. Just annoying.

I like the design and color, but I wish it had small holes in the corners instead of 3M stickers. They won't last the summer here.

Perfect size! Just hope the four adhesive 3m stickers it comes with can hold up against the rain andSnow. If not, might try drilling holes in it. Wish it came With predrilles holes. Also wish there was an option that said “careful when opening gate, dog loose in yard and may run out!”

This sign is excellent! It has more than enough strength to stand up to anything. It’s very visible from a distance, and it looks great.

Ultimately disappointed. I thought it would have been a stronger quality. Drilled 2 holes to hang it on a wood fence. Definitely cracked. Don't think it will last long and for the price I would rather spend a few more dollars and buy a metal sign. At first it looks nice but it's honestly cheap Amazon stuff.

These are great. I do kind of wish that they had come with holes punched in the corners for easier attaching to my chain link gates, but if you have a hole-punch, you have an easy solution. After I punched in some holes I used zip-ties to attach it to my gates. Seems to get the point across. I haven't had an issue with anyone not being aware that I have a dog and he is possibly in the yard. Sturdy, good metal and painting job. They have been up for a few months now and haven't started rusting or anything like that. We shall see how they fair the snow!
