Ideal for Anatomy class
Worth every penny for your Anatomy class. No one takes Anatomy for fun, you are taking it because you need the class for your degree (pre med, nursing, etc). Anatomy is very visual and these charts will save you time. I bought a set of these, and this one by itself. This one chart covered most of what I needed for the section of skin. Here is how I use it. I spend about 10 minutes reviewing the names of the parts of skin ( focusing on the specific terms I need to know for the exam). Then I cover the labels with index cards and try to label them myself, then I remove the index cards to see which ones I missed / got incorrect. This is better than searching the internet for something like this. Plus, it is lightweight and easy to carry in my back pack. Pros. - laminated. cannot damage it by spilling liquids on it. - I bought several to cover different organ systems. - Yes, study guides cost money, and so does paying to repeat a class. - save yourself time from trying to hand draw this in your notebook. Cons. ( more of a personal preference) I wish the parts were either numbered or marked with a letter and the answers on a answer key off to the side. This way I can easily cover the answers with a single piece of paper and then just quiz myself then look at the answer key ( most of these charts are like that). In other words, I wish it was like a flash cards, where one side has the picture and another area has the answers. But, this works too.
