Easy to follow instructions with great visuals. I have them up on the wall in my fitness room and this makes it easy review the moves and then execute. With all 3 cards this provides a variety.

Great weight because of the laminating, so if just "pinning" to a wall they should hold up.. I put them in a poster frame. They look great, good quality. Very happy with them.
