I discovered this when I was working 3rd shift.Truly fantastic product, LEAGUES beyond any other instant chamomile option on the market.Completely dissolves, even in cold water. Doesn’t taste stale or over-steeped, like a fresh cup of tea. There is a small amount of sweetener in the mix, which becomes quite obvious if you end up mixing multiple into a single bottle of water. Not at all overpowering if you’re using one or two packets in a cup of hot water.In terms of sleep aids, this has a gradual, very gentle effect and certainly seems to help me fall asleep without necessarily making me “tired” on its own.I would usually combine 2-4 packets and a scoop of collagen powder in a large bottle of water in the last hour of my shift to make sure I got to bed when I got home.Now, working first shift, I’ll have one packet in a mug of hot water after sundown and it helps me relax for bed.Highly recommend.
