Great tent
When this tent arrived, we set it up pretty easily, just in time for a storm. It stayed dry inside, even though we couldn't guy it out 100%. We then took it camping for two nights and had a great time.Overall, I really like the tent. There was plenty of room for the five of us and our bags. A drawback is that the material seems very thin, and it makes me question the durability. One of the pockets inside actually ripped the tent a tiny bit (pictured below) after holding a few items of kids clothing. The other thing I don't love is the design of the vestibule. I found it kind of difficult to zip and unzip it from within the tent, and it's kind of hard to get in and out of the tent when the vestibule is zipped. We purchased the Big Agnes flying Diamond 8 footprint to go with this tent. While it's not a perfect match, in that it doesn't clip to the tent, the dimensions were similar, so it works nicely.

Good tent, but big
Good tent, but big! We bought this for a family of five, there was plenty of room to spread out and keep gear inside the tent. We didn't realize before, but the floor corners of the low side are kept in place via stakes, not structured with poles like the rest of the tent. It didn't take long to set up, but the fly was difficult to put on with only one person and folding the tent was nearly impossible with less then two people. It rained only a little but we all stayed dry. We may get a tent fan to increase ventilation. Even with the fly off, ventilation was low.

Very pleased
We upgraded our tent this summer and are so glad we did. This tent was easy to put up even in the rain. We did experience quite a bit of condensation on the inside which was unexpected - but it was colder than we had anticipated and it did rain some. But we were pleased overall with the tent and we had to plenty of room to move around. I really like the covered area also - it was a good place to keep our shoes without tracking inside the tent.

the tent is nice size. Little smaller then previous 8 man tents ...
Used tent once in the Rocky Mountains. Rained all night long. With doors and fly all zipped up no leaks. When going in and out during rain, it’s impossible not to get rain inside. But w the design that’s to be expected. On narrow end of the tent, the fly began to touch the the top of the tent during heavy rain. No water seemed to leak through but the fly shouldn’t touch the tent. Most likely need to guy it out differently next time. Other then that, the tent is nice size. Little smaller then previous 8 man tents I’ve seen. But it’s designed to be a backpacking tent. We had two adult cots, and two kid cots with plenty of room to move around. Overall this is a great tent. Held up great in the strong winds during the storm. Would definitely recommend. For the quality of this tent, I’m surprised by the lower price. Maybe it’s because they’re a new company. Take the time to set it up properly and stake it all out nice and tight and you won’t be disappointed. 4 stars for the rain fly sticking to the roof of the tent during heavy rain but will update next time I use it to see if guying it out differently fixed the issue.

This was a good tent we didn't get any rain which I wanted ...
This was a good tent we didn't get any rain which I wanted to try and see how it stood up but my only problem was the condensation everything else did its part now it's just up to longevity good space for such a lightweight tent. A little disappointed that I almost paid about 300 and now it's 200 a week later. I had bought a tarp but the footprint for it is now available an comes with it but...

A Lot of female clips but only enough male ones ...
A Lot of female clips but only enough male ones for half of them. Set-up can be confusing too. Decent for rain.
