It does not hold much, which was surprising given the size of the charm, but is otherwise decent. It did come with a small funnel and screw driver so transferring the cremains wasn't terribly difficult. It's shiny and if you do not choose the engraved option no one but you will know your loved one is inside.Things to know -You will need a 'scoop' to transfer remains to the funnel. This necklace comes with a funnel and a screw driver, but not a scoop. The space in the charm to hold your loved one is fairly small, so I would not recommend pouring remains into the funnel unless you have an extremely light hand. As funny as it sounds, the end of a Slurpee straw works well (sent to me with another cremain necklace). You can also use the a flat head screw driver to 'scoop'.You will need a different chain or a jump ring- Although the chain is pretty, it does not seem durable and does not display the charm well, I could not get it to lay flat without the addition of a jump ring.UPDATE - I reviewed this necklace within a day of it arriving, but the seller is emailing me asking for a review. I have not altered my review or the number of stars.

This pendant is surprisingly heavy, for a piece of jewelry. This was a pleasant surprise to my wife. It is beautiful and now she will have little brother close whenever she chooses.I also received the “No longer by my side, Forever in my heart” rings pendant”. This jewelry surpasses my expectations as well. Both pieces are very well constructed and we expect them to last for a very long time.

My family gave me this necklace for my Birthday. It suites my style perfectly and I get compliments everytime I wear it. People have no idea it holds my brother’s ashes unless I tell them. Very modern design made of stainless steel which matches well with all my sterling silver jewelry! The chain is also very elegant and does not look cheap. A gift I will treasure forever!

I ordered it on July 3rd (a Friday) and got it today, July 21st (a Tuesday). It did ship from China and was transferred to USPS in California, just fyi.I got the Customized one (and chose the black pendent and necklace) with white lettering. Got something on the front and back of this to commemorate my dog passing unexpectedly.It holds a VERY small amount of something in it. I was originally going to put his ashes in, but decided on pieces of some of his dog toys instead. I cut little slivers of his first toy, first nylabone, favorite nylabone, favorite squeeky toy, and his very last toy I bought him just a few months ago (this was a rope, so I took 3 strands of it, laid it with a couple strands of his dog hair, and wrapped it in tape, then cut maybe a 1/16 inch piece of that to put in. All pieces of his toys were that size or slightly smaller, just so you know how little volume this holds.If you're wanting to wear it as a necklace, definitely suggest a jump ring so it'll lay flat. The chain seems nice enough and is a box chain instead of the cheap looking links.It would have been nice if the whole thing was hollow so that you could fit more in it...that, to me, would make it a bit more worth the price. It's also a bit heavy for me to wear as a necklace, so, I'll be using it as either a keychain or hanging it from my rearview mirror in my car.

Love this pendant. I chose the custom one and it's really nice and very good quality. Super fast shipping as well. My father passed away in June 2019 and I bought 5 of them for my Mother daughter brother sister and myself. I bought nicer chains for each one as well and they look awesome. This is very pretty and easy to fill, but it is much larger and heavier then expected. I considered returning the product when it first arrived to to the weight of it, but decided to keep it because I liked the design. I will probably get and other similar item that is smaller as I had bought this with the intention of it being an Item I would wear every day in memory of my loved one that passed, but due to the weight I find it to uncomfortable to wear that often. If you have bonny clavicles you might find this actually hurts when you move around lots as its heavy when the necklace swings around then hits your chest. I still think this is a good item for the price and I wear it just not all the time.

Infinity urn pendantLove the weight. I find so many pendants are light and flimsy. This feels great, love the presence of its weight but it’s not crazy heavy. I have a reaction to most metals other than real gold (so expensive) or steel so this was ideal and well priced. Easy to use and I’m very pleased, hopefully that remains true. Thank you!

I purchased this pendant when I realized that the time was nearing for us to have to put our Yorkshire Terrier, Katie (pictured) to sleep (due to her declining health and overall poor quality of life). It arrived on the day that we said goodbye. You will need a jump ring (not included) to make the pendant lay flush against you. While it doesn't hold a lot of ashes, something is better than nothing, it's enough for me because in case I move away from home, I'll have some of her with me. I love it

This pendant is very pretty but is very heavy. Plus the area where you ad the ashes is so small. It barely holds any ashes. I bought this one and a different pendant for my son, and the one for my son held 3 times as many ashes. And isn't heavy!
