I purchased this lederhosen combo for my husband for Oktoberfest in Munich. Quality was extremely important to me as I shopped because I want to be very respectful of the culture. The leather of the lederhosen is absolutely beautiful. The embroidery is flawless. The buckles and buttons are heavy weight and sewn tightly. The quality of this product is unmatched. We also got a shirt, socks, and shoes. The shoes are made from the same leather with the same high-quality stitching. I have no doubt they will hold up walking around Oktoberfest.We had a difficult time guessing my husband's lederhosen size, as he's never worn lederhosen before. I contacted the seller about trying a different size and they responded very quickly and had our replacement in the mail the same day. As luck would have it, that new size didn't work either, so I again contacted the seller and they were extremely prompt with sending a replacement size. You guys, they have sent FOUR sizes to us now (we finally got the sizing right). Please know that you are buying from a seller who is responsive, prompt, and pleasant to converse with. I buy from Amazon A LOT, and this is the best seller I've ever communicated with. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. I cannot wait to see my hubs in his lederhosen as we celebrate Bavaria later this month! Cant recommend this set highly enough.

The 1st day he forgot to cross the straps in the back, but once he did that it fit him perfectly! He said it was extremely comfortable as well. The company had such excellent customer service and support! I ordered the wrong size and they were so quick to send me a new one so fast. I can’t thank you enough. He’s always wanted his own Lederhosen and after battling cancer I wanted to make sure he got his own. He’s so happy with this and hopefully we can attend many more Oktoberfests where he’ll get a chance to wear it. I purchased this outfit for my husband to wear to local Oktoberfests. He loves it! It’s a great quality and we love that it includes the shoes. The seller is easy to work with and helped us exchange for a different size with ease. It was quick and easy. Regarding sizing: my husband is a large in shirt size. Because reviews said shirts run large we ordered XL and it was too big. We exchanged it for a L and it fit way better. We also had to go up a size in the shoes. The pants were also true to his size. He is thicker in the thighs, so it was tight in the thighs but we are hoping it stretches because it fits perfect at the waist. Overall I would recommend this buy.

Finally, a set of true-to-size Lederhosen!! After trying two other sets from Amazon with disappointing fit (I am a true 40" pant size) -6'2/245, I can finally say I have a set of Lederhosen that are true-to-size. I ordered a 44" (mainly due to my other disappointments, but also to have a little more wiggle room). These are a bit looser than I planned, but love these and the additional cinch point to tighten them up. The shoes are near true-to-color, the socks are a very good fit and quality and the shirt runs a lot slimmer than expected (I was afraid I'd be swimming in the 4xl, but it is very close to my true shirt size of XL-XXL). Very, very pleased with this purchase...BRING ON OCTOBERFEST - PROST!!

If you are looking for a full set of Bavarian garb either for a costume or to wear to German cultural events, this is a great deal. The company contacts you for your shoe and shirt size right after you order the set. They ask your pant size at the time that you order. Everything is nicely made and finished. The Lederhose are real suede and lined, the shirt is a good cut (if you have a little stomach weight it might be slightly tight in the mid-section but it is not "slim fit"). I ordered the blue one and I love the color. The socks are thick but breathable and the shoes are also suede, true to size and VERY comfortable. I wear a 12 and they were neither too tight nor did the heel slip when I walked. A couple of complaints though they are minor. The brown of the pants is a chocolatey brown while the shoes are more like a coconut husk brown (lighter). This doesn't really matter because they do not have to really match exactly but I did want to mention it. Also, the suspenders are loose. I had to poke new holes in the straps to keep them up. If you have a belly and wider shoulders it might not be an issue, but I have a flat stomach and have narrower shoulders so I had to work with them to get them to fit and stay up. You can wear the pants without the suspenders. If you think you might, buy an authentic belt, it will look fine. One last thing. I ordered the pants in my normal waist size and they were comfortably snug. I have read that you do not want to buy them loose because the leather will stretch over time and if they are loose to begin with, they will eventually not fit correctly. If you are on the fence, order them. Delivery was quick and the company seemed very cooperative so I am sure that they would be willing to exchage without a problem.
