The bottom label of one of the bags had come lose and some of the herbs were strewn all over the mailer. Other than that I have no problem with the product, as I have been using it already for a long time.

I've been using Natureworks bitters for years, and I decided to try these. The price, even after figuring in the alcohol, is much lower. Also, I enjoyed mixing, shaking daily, and anticipating the final result. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the taste. Something unpleasant overpowers and lingers in the mouth. I suppose it's just me, but there it is, probably just a matter of individual taste.
