4 AWG Gauge Red + Black Pure Copper Battery Inverter Cables Solar, RV, Car, Boat 3 feet 5/16 in Lugs

I used these cables in conjunction with one other to improve my charging and grounds on my car. I ran the red directly from the Alternator to the Battery, I ran the black from the battery to the firewall ground points, and I got a 2 gauge really cheap, and ran that from the engine block to the firewall ground (to replace a broken engine ground that was 14 guage, and well that 2 gauge was over kill, but very awesomely priced at 4 dollars.) Now, everything works better, is brighter, engine runs smoother (engine ground improvements give accurate info to computer now.) I did not do this for a sound system, but apparently this is called, "The Big Three" wherein this helps with power distrobution for higher amp settings. I chose 4 gauge because 5 gauge was rated for my alternator, but OEM had two 12 gauge wires running off the alternator instead. (My last car of the same year and make had a party with those wires, causing a complete meltdown. Old wires = Corrosion + compromised insulation adds resistance + poor shielding = death.) So this is to guarantee a long life of the electric system.

the cables work, but everyone knows the cables for solar battery bank must be identical size and length no matter what and this is what I get different sizes of the cable, where the quality control here?3 star because if I have to ship back this cable I had to wait for some days to get back, making my tiny solar project to be delayed more time, using a cable like this, in the long run, gonna unbalanced the battery bank. not happy.

I used it to connect my battery to my inverter, running through my button and fuse.Not much to say except that it looks sturdy and well crimped, we'll see ;)

Exactly what I need to tie my 2 RV house batteries together. I don't need h heavier gauge cable for this application, In my case, each battery has it's own set of positive an negative cables to serve half of the RV. These cables, therefore, are used for load balancing and battery charging only.

Connectors broke within a few months, they could not handle the connection to the inverter.

These are really nice cables. You can feel the difference in the quality compared to cheaper cables. I own an RV repair facility and have worked with all kinds of battery cables but these by far are the best in value I have used. Highly reccomend!

These are very well built. Much cleaner that I could have done myself. I use them for tying batteries together in parallel.

Ordered these to parallel my 12 volt deep cycle batteries for solar standby power. Seem to be fine, but have not really loaded them for power to the inverter. Will check when loaded to see if ends are getting warm, lugs seem a little tender.
