Can't say any more than it was exactly what I ordered and arrived in a perfect condition at expected time.

These were a good price and work great. I prefer the travel ones for space saving

This is an odd one . I needed another charger as the charger I believed was my A5 charger , was faulty. It turns out , it was the old S3 charger I had been using all these years . There is no doubt , that the s3 charger was faulty , tried on my phone , my mums phone and my dads . Used different cables also , it was dead . As soon as the new charger arrived , I knew something seemed odd , I knew the colour was white , that was not the issue . My issue with the item was that it was not packaged in the proper Samsung style blister cardboard / plastic vacuum packing , I know this , because many ,many years ago I had a Samsung Ace phone , the power supply also died , I needed to replace it , so I purchased a new one from the high street , and it was correctly packed . The one I ordered via Amazon was in plastic bag ? Yes a plastic bag .So , I did further investigating , it turns out , that other people have pointed this out on the reviews for this item . Here is my take , the item works well , I mean really well , it did not overheat , in fact , it was cool , like ice cool , when I compared it to the original A5 charger , which my mum uses for her Nokia phone , it seemed to charge with no issues at all . I tried the new charger in all the phones in the house , and it charged them each with ease , and within 2hrs to 2.5 hours , which I would say is correct for 3 phones which are around each 5-6 years old .So ,why the headline ? If you look at both chargers , they do appear to be the same , but they have very subtle differences .They are both the same model number , but the print / logos are slightly different , it could be said that there is 5 years difference , so products do get revised and changed from time to time , which is correct , they do . Also there is the fact , I specifically asked if this item is the real deal , with warranty & original packing , I was lead to believe it was . I think both Samsung and Amazon have missed a trick here , this item was a perfect candidate to be packaged in frustration free packing , I have purchased so many items cheaper then this , that on this occasion ,this item should of been considered . In an era where top brands are starting to drop the supply of the charger , this feels like a missed opportunity , also with horror stories on TV and social media of peoples phones & chargers being set on fire , a wasted opportunity and a pity. I think , it is the real item , but wrapping items in nasty plastic packing does not do it for me ,especially when Amazon is on an eco friendly vibe at the moment , I think I will leave it at that ,as always , I will let the good people who shop with Amazon decide.UPDATED ... I decided to add a few more pictures , these are from the actual day I got the item . You can see what I was talking about , remember , this was an item that Amazon themselves honoured to fulfil , no frustration free packing / re useable box , just two plastic bags , two , I rechecked , it turns out , it is in two bags. If someone at Samsung and Amazon is reading this , ask yourself this question , is this something you are ok with ?

Have to say I was a bit sceptical as I'd read of many 'genuine' chargers not being so.I've compared this to my original Samsung charger for my new A3 2017 phone and it seems identical apart from a slight re-orientation of the label printing. All the wording and logos are identical and the printing is precise.The charge rate varies as it should, going briefly up to 1620mA but settling mainly at 1010-1020mA and then reducing further as the phone gets nearer to full.The quality certainly feels the same and the Samsung logo is moulded into the end plate exactly as my original. The body is very firm and rigid and I doubt you'll be able to easily gain access to the interior like with some fakes I've seen photos of. I have no reason to suspect that this charger is anything other than an original Samsung product.Excellent Samsung charger supplied by FoneJoy. I would definitely recommend.Plus; I ordered this just as a charger but it did come with an additional lead.....unfortunately it was USB/micro-USB, not a USB/USB-C. But never mind as that was a bonus lead.
