I have the entire set of blue diamond pans they are what I use in my kitchen for cook. I absolutely love them all. These pans clean easy, things don't stick to them, I don't use anything metal in my pans but I have had no issues with scratching if they rub up against one another in the cabinet. In my kitchen I find they are worth spending the money on for a good pan that is non stick. These are my preferred pans to use over any brand for nonstick. The only other thing I would buy over this is full stainless steel or cast iron which both can be very expensive for a good set. For this pan we like to use it for different things. It is big enough to cook a couple burgers on in the house, omelets, and even a couple small pancakes. Everything is always cooked evenly on the pan even with a gas stove. Great pan if you need a flat surface but don't want to pull on a larger griddle when you're only cooking for a few people in the evening. This pan and the entire line up heat quickly on the stove, but wear if you are using the entire set with the lids they are get hot same with some of the handles on. I use pot holders or silicone grips when cooking to avoid burning myself even more so with teaching my teen how to cook and him helping me in the kitchen. They also are a non stick pan so makes for easy clean up at the end of the night. You can throw them in the dishwasher if you want. I normally don't will just hand wash them doesn't take along and I haven't had any issues with even the stickiest of things holding tight to the sides of the pans. Just a little soap and a scrub mommy they come clean right away. The color is true to the picture and even to the box if you buy them in store for the set. The blue also doesn't seem to fade over time. Just over all a good griddle for little jobs.

Such a great pan for such a reasonable price. I've only used it a few times but so far it's been the best non stick pan I've ever used. No sticking at all and extreme easy cleanup. I finally got rid of my old non stick pans which all surely had PTFE, PFOA or PFAS. I say "so far" because my other pans all began to warp in the middle after only a few uses. This one has not done that, which is no small benefit. I'll update if things change.

Awesome. Love this set. I’m building on my set with this one. Plan on buying the rest of the pieces. They cook everything evenly. I could literally wipe it out and it looks clean (not that I would). Spaghetti sauce is so easy to wipe out. Great size for cooking a lot

Excellent pan- non stick - non scratch. Cleaning is simple. And great size with a cover - deep enough to sauté with no splatter - just what I was looking for !!

Great pan that is not quite flat. The non stick surface works great. I love the size (12 in) and steep sides. Th lid fits great. The only reason I did not give it a five is that while heating up, the center of the pan is not quite flat, so if you add oil it tends to pool around the edges. Otherwise, 5 stars

Where has this pan been all my life? I guess I'm just late to the party because ceramic is incredible. After watching another non-stick pan stick time and time again, watching whatever the surface is start to eat away to who knows where, likely my food, I decided it was time to trash it and buy another. I'd read all the dangers of these non-stick surfaces, right along with black plastic utensils, but I was skeptical. I'd used these products all my life and, with the exception of one leg growing shorter and a weird third eye growing out of the back of my head (just kidding), I'm to old to worry at this point. But that's when I came across this Blue Diamond pan. I needed a 5 quart saute replacement and the prices they were charging for those chef hyped-up hex-clad thingies had my retirement plan sweating. I read where you even had to be careful with chemicals used in the manufacturing of these ceramic pans and that Blue Diamond takes care to not use any of them. So...Under $40 sounded like it would be worth a try. Long story, even longer...I'm more than a dozen cooks in now, many with prolonged 400 degree oven add ons, and besides a slight little discoloration on the bottom due to my gas stove, I can't tell it's not brand new. Jeez! It takes whatever I throw at it and just wipes out perfectly clean. I've thrown it in the dishwasher and voila! Perfectly new coming out. And fast? This pan heats up in no time. Everything I cook is faster now, and evenly cooked as well. Bottom line...Save your money. Don't buy into the hype and spend hundreds because a chef uses a certain cookware in their kitchen. These pans will save you money and save you time. I'm going to replace my smaller pans now with these. I am sold. It's ceramic for me for now on.

Best pan I've bought in ages. Perfect size for sauces, burgers, pasta and more. Dishwasher safe, handles and lid are heat proof, very well made. Recommend 100%.

I got the pan and loved it for the first 5 months. I have a gas range with a double ring burner so there were no issues with heat distribution. It was totally nonstick. I was considering ordering several other of their products. And then…. I noticed several white spots inside the pan. I thought I didn’t wash it properly. On closer inspection I discovered the lining was chipping. I am 70 and have been carrying for nonstick pans for around the last 30 years. I have silicone or wood cooking utensils. I use a bamboo brush or use a sponge to clean them. Once a month I put it into the dishwasher. Their advertising said they last 10 times LONGER. I usually get 3-4 years out of a Walmart nonstop pan at a quarter of the price. I thought no problem. I just call customer support and they’ll replace their defective product. NO WAY!!! They said I mistreated the pan and their warranty only covers manufacturing defects. I reminded them about all of the advertising claims they made about long life and you can use metal utensils. I explained how I care for my cookware and after reading all of the negative reviews on Amazon they obviously didn’t have a product that lived up to their claims. I asked them for a replacement and they offered a 10% discount on a new one. Plus they said since they use only “safe materials” there was no problem with me EATING THEIR LINER CHIPPING OFF INTO MY FOOD. While they may technically be correct, would any company like to tell their customers that? What a great public relations position!!!! So I’m throwing it away after 6 months when they claimed it lasted 10 TIMES LONGER. Read all the reviews and don’t buy this product.
