Excellent quality protein per serving, mixes very well in a shaker cup. Only mixed with water once and I found it to be a bit sweet for my liking so from then on I stuck to smoothies where I don't taste it. Just about to complete this 2lb tub, so I went ahead and ordered a 5lb Chocolate tub... that should tell you something. Would recommend!
