Update: replaced part made it useable.
Update: the company responsible for making this bed did ship me a replacement part so the frame was usable. I appreciate them making it right. The bed was difficult to put together, but not impossible. The cover on the other hand is very difficult and the zipper keeps separating. However, the frame is solid and study and noiseless which is exactly what I wanted.Huge pain. As you can see in the first picture all slots are suppose to be u shaped so the support beams fit inside them. In the 2nd picture you can see the problem is someone welded it to an n shape meaning the support bars cant be placed properly. How did quality control miss this?! I'm having abdominal surgery in 2 weeks and desperately needed to get this put together for added support and height while recovering, now I'm not sure I'll get a replacement in time. So frustrating.

Comfortable, sturdy and quiet!
This mattress is perfect. Simple to assemble. Takes some space to assemble. But, it is a mattress. Lol. The support is perfect. Absolutely no noise. After the nights, my lower back ache is gone. If you want a new bottom mattress, I strongly suggest this. Comes with all the tools. Assembled it solo. Great but for the price.

Gave me 2 of the same piece
I got the product, unboxed and assembled it as directed and below and behold I got 2 of the same pieces or something because one of the inner T pieces is "upside down" because I got 2 of the same A pieces and the bars go in on one side and upside down on the other. It would be perfect except that flaw.
