The neem tablets are quite effective. I was suffering from bloating and poor bowel movement. Based on the product description, I have taken the minimum dose of one tablet per day over two concequtive days. I found that these tablets are quite effective. They have completely stopped the bloating and improved the bowel movements. I am fully satisfied with the purchase.
