Excellent light bulbs, great bright light from them. Even better is the customer service that when contacted, responded almost immediately to resolve my issue. They went above and beyond to make things right - that alone makes this product the right choice for you!

The bulbs are really excellent as described. They dim very well are are very bright. Two of the bulbs I received are defective. Two of the four elements would not ilume they flickered when dimmed. I tried reaching to the supplier to get replacements under warranty and got the runaround from the "bot". Hence the 4 stars.

Exactly what we needed! Thanks. We ordered the white tubes too. Everything arrived very quickly and well packaged in 1 box. We bought this vintage chandelier recently and one of the plastic tubes was damaged. Black is part of our color scheme throughout our place, so we were thrilled to see it available. We wanted white too so we can change the look of the chandelier for special occasions or seasons. The price was good so we were able to get both. They fit a bit snug but no issues getting them on. We didn't take off any crystals. The plastic on these seem like a better quality than the original covers. Light quality is a bit brighter than the tungsten bulbs but no issues with the dimmer switch. When we switch to the white covers in the spring, we will time it with cleaning the crystals. It will be easier placing the tubes on without the crystals. I hope that tip might be helpful for someone. Thanks again.

Packaging, delivery were A-1. Pleasantly surprised by the light quality. Testing them in a dimmable fixture next.
